Someone in the Crusader Kings 3 community is working on a mod that will let players play as characters from George R. Martin’s A Game of Thrones series. The mod will be released as a beta on April 14, 2023.
CK3AGOT is a new mod for Crusader Kings 2 that lets you play as one of the leaders involved in the Robert’s Rebellion. It’s coming later, but you can already start playing it at one of the important turning points in the history of Westeros and Essos.
CK3AGOT has a new map and political landscape, as well as new game mechanics, such as Mega Wars. The winner of a Mega War gets to pass additional punishments on the losers, which can help local conflicts spiral into larger ones.
The new game in the Westeros series takes into account the different societies in the game, including the Kingsguard and the Small Council. You can appoint a full Kingsguard, and there is a new mechanic for the Struggle system which allows you to play out the conflict between the Night’s Watch and the wildlings. There is also a new settlement type called ruins, which represents abandoned places like Castamere and Harrenhal.
This new game mod is huge and will add lots of new content to Crusader Kings 3. It is based on the TV series “Game of Thrones” and is likely to be the best game in the series based on its content.
